- Ung = ointment
- EOM = Extraocular Muscles
- IOP = Intraocular Pressure
- CVF = Confrontational Visual Fields
- CF = Count Fingers
- HM = Hand Motion
- DFE = Dilated Fundus Exam | SLE = Slit Lamp Exam | PLE = Pen Light Exam
